LNG Pre-Treatment Plant

VGas fabricated the Skids and Pressure Vessels/Towers for an LNG Plant in Port Allen, Louisiana. This Operating LNG plant is capable of producing approximately 50 Tonne/day; full operation began in the spring of 2018. This plant is controlled by two operators per shift and runs 24/7. The facility receives gas from a highpressure line at 740 psig, liquefies a percentage of the gas and returns the residual gas to a 340 psig line. This plant has a modeled efficiency of 300 kWh/Tonne.
