Located in VEnergy Industrial Park in Brookshire, Texas, VGas' cutting-edge facility stands as a testament to innovation, efficiency, and industry leadership. Spanning an impressive 54,000 square feet, this newly built, state-of-the-art space is designed to support a wide range of projects while fostering excellence in engineering and fabrication processes. An additional 20,000 square feet of lay-down area for plant mock fit-ups further enhances the facility’s capacity to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions efficiently.
Advanced Infrastructure Built for Efficiency
Designed with an unwavering commitment to operational precision, the facility is equipped with industry-leading tools and technologies that ensure seamless operations:
Overhead Crane Capacity:
Boasting a 200-ton load capacity with a 40-foot hook height, this infrastructure is vital for handling the heaviest of components.
Jib Cranes (10 cranes, 40 tons each):
Strategically positioned on both sides of each bay, these cranes simplify the movement of pipes, valves, and fittings, significantly reducing execution times.
Mueller Pipe Profiler:
Capable of profiling pipes up to 48” OD with a 40-foot conveyor, this machine allows for high-speed cutting and beveling, optimizing fabrication efficiency.
Technar Robotic Welder:
Specialized in welding up to 36" diameters in carbon steel (CS) and stainless steel (SS) materials, offering precision and consistency.
Hydrotesting Capabilities:
An on-site, custom-built 100,000-gallon water tank provides water at 80 gallons per minute, ensuring efficient hydro-testing of piping and vessels.
Unparalleled Resources and Equipment
VGas goes beyond expectations to ensure efficiency and safety in every project. Key resources include:
Over 20 welding stations supporting MIG, TIG, SMAW, Flux-Core, and Sub-Arc welding techniques.
High-capacity forklifts (up to 65k lbs) and a 60’ articulating boom lift to streamline operations during assembly and fabrication.
Machinery skates capable of supporting 250 tons to ensure smooth equipment movement across the shop floor.
Generous overhead doors measuring 30’ wide by 25’ tall facilitate the easy transfer of large components into and out of the facility.
